We had to reschedule a couple of times to recaulk my windows this summer. I email the day before in the morning to see if they will come the next day. No reply since. Finally, I call in the morning of the scheduled day to see if they are coming (checking the number on Google)…no answer and no return call. I guess there was probably more higher priority work that needed to be taken care of before they go do a house. And I get that, but at least tell me in an email or something
that you are not coming. I would have understood.
