I contacted the owner Michael last week and he came out on Sunday to give me a quote. He followed up the quote in writing outlining exactly what would be done.
Michael and his team arrived today Friday, they were on time, and they stripped out the old caulking, resealed the exterior windows, doors, and outlets. They are very polite, professional, and they cleaned up the old caulking. Michael is experienced, and he takes the time to explain his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
