Payless Moving And Deliveries

Our family was moving from Brampton to St. Catharines!! On moving day Payless moving arrived on time and ready to move!! This capable team helped to disassemble items such as bunk bed/ day bed which is no easy feat; However this team worked together and did the job efficiently and without any damage they arrived at 8am (actually 7:57am) and had all our things packed and ready to move by about 1:30pm!! To top things off we were delayed with getting the keys to the new home and these gentleman waited patiently (for 2 hours!!) until we got the keys and wasted no time unloading our belongings into our new home:) During that time a part of the team was reassembling our furniture again!! They made our big move day smooth and pretty much stress-free. I highly recommend this moving company and endeavour to use them again in future!! Thank you Payless Moving and Deliveries for making our move day so successful! You all are awesome!

We did a full house move on July 1. I told them the TV has to be moved. They understood this, and wrapped it up and it was ready to go. But they forgot it!! This caused us a lot of headache. First we searched our entire new home for it, then we had to contact the real estate agents to contact the buyer of our old home. Thank God, they were honest and said it was there and allowed us to go get it. Then we had to make a special trip to go pick it up. Now i understand mistakes happen. But i thought at a minimum i would get an apology. But instead i get that its my fault?!?!?!? lol... pretty dissapointing. especially after i've done a lot of business with this company, referred family to them, even bought them lunch on moving day. I even apologize for things that are not my fault. Like on moving day, i asked Peter to move 2 couches a couple of feet each so a third could fit in beside them. and i got "you should have told us this before, now we have to move this couch and this one" and i said "sorry about that" when in reality, THEY should have asked ME "where does this couch need to go?" and common sense would have indicated that the 3rd couch sitting in the kitchen was obviously not in the right spot! But i will give credit where its due, the guys did move things with ease, and were careful not to damage furniture and walls. but the other issues were very dissapointing!

Peter and his guys helped me move my apartment in the same building. They well organized and were pretty quick with the stuff.

They messaged me the night before to confirm that they would start earlier because of the forecasted snow storm! These guys helped me move a fridge today. They arrived right on time. They promptly replied to my texts and messages on homestars. they took care of my house being careful not to damage floors, walls, etc. They were careful with my fridge as well. When they got to my mother in laws house (to deliver the fridge) they also advised her to let the fridge be for 30 minutes before plugging it in. This was very appreciated and was something i didn't know myself! I would recommend this company!

Peter and his team did a wonderful job moving me from my condo to a house.

Great experience from start to end - after an initial conversation, Peter came to the condo to look at the furniture and boxes being moved. He gave me a very competitive fixed-price quote which is extremely welcome (and rare) from a moving company.

On the day of the move, they were on time and Peter even brought a 3rd person even though that wasn't part of the contract. The team worked non-stop and moved everything quickly and safely into their moving truck. They also came directly to the house where they unpacked the truck quickly and took every item to the exact floor / room specified.

The entire team was friendly and professional! They didn't complain at all about anything - including when the condo elevator was not available on time.

The only potential con would be that they didn't put down any mats to walk on at the condo or the house - however, both locations were already quite dusty so I didn't ask either.

All in all, a wonderful experience and I'm very glad I found Payless Moving.

This is the 2nd time we have used Payless Movers and they were excellent again. Professional, fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. Peter is top notch and his crew were polite and hard working. I would highly recommend using them for any move.

Great moving company... Paul came out immediately to give me an estimate on cost and truck size. Arrived before scheduled on moving day. Had difficulty with closing timeframe so they secured truck until the next day. Again arrived early and started moving me in. The experience of moving is overwhelming but Paul and his team took everything in stride. One thing about moving...nothing ever goes as planned...expect the unexpected.

Peter and his associates were punctual, efficient and friendly throughout the move. All items were carried out with utmost care. I would recommend Payless moving to all my friends and family. No surprises!!!!
