You couldn't really complain about the customer service.

Let's wait and see how the work is done this time.

Hi Hollins

We have enjoyed working with u so much. I am glad that you are happy with the touchups. If there is anything that shows up now once the paint is dried up we will take care of it. What happened in the laundry room is very funny. It very rare for a color to start showing through so many days after the painting but will see if it happens again or not. If it does than we will need to see whether there is an external factor causing it or not. Sometimes everything looks ok when the job is finished and things can appear later which are unanticipated for which you are covered under the warranty.

You picked great colors with the interior designer and the house looks beautiful, the job was done within the committed schedule, and now the touchups were promptly done as well. I hope that you are happy.

Decent customer service but meh work

Basically everyone in this company has amazing attitude.

And the franchiser Sohail does business professionally ( come with fancy PPTs, contracts and gifts etc)

But that is about it. It is a shame that they have world class customer service but couldn't offer equal level painting job.

They insist that i do not need primer after tearing down wall paper. ( And they did not use steamer as promised) So I just let THE PROFESSIONAL does their thing. But guess what, it has bleed through after three weeks here and there in the laundry room. And just so you know, i did not buy and use washing machine and dryer until the past weekend ( Aug 27th, 2016). So it is absolutely not these guys' fault.

Other than that, what i am gonna complain is the details. Overall the wall and the trim are painted ok but as to the closet, it is totally a disaster. They did not tore down all the wall papers and painted on top of wall papers inside the closet. And now i have a few cracks already.

Sohail seems responsive on homestar. I will wait and see.
