I bought hardwood floor from Hardwood Giant Brampton store. They matched price. They provided me written quote and explained me what
is involved in installing hardwood floor. Floor installers were great .they finished the job in time.They cleaned up after job was done . I am very happy with the service hardwood giant floor provided. For my next project i will choose hardwood giant floor.

I purchased engineered hardwood "hickory click light scrapped brushed" for my 700sq condo. At the store, the wood looked and felt like great quality. The price was reasonable and they put it together quickly and I thought, this is great! In a matter of months any slight scrape against the floor, the COLOUR came off.. it was NOT the original authentic hardwood. I know most wood is treated but this was unbelievable.
After about 10 months, the panels started shifting and were not tightly pieced together. We were under the 1 year warranty and I had called for them to come fix the gaping holes between each panel. THAT WAS 4 MONTHS AGO. I spoke with BABAR and EACH TIME he told me he would "call me back"... Never received a call back and I told him, call me back, leave a msg and let me know the date and time someone can come and fix it. I will make myself available anytime.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I would NOT recommend this company. Completely unprofessional and it's not quality wood.

I decided to instal a new floor in my basement and my search led me to Hardwood Giant Scarborough. There i met staffers Kamran and Murli who guided me through their available flooring materials and related pricing. Kamran came and took measurement of the area to be floored, the required materials were ordered. and HG arranged the installation, which was done in two days. Overall, I am satisfied with their service, pricing and installation.

Hardwood giant brampton has a very good salesman Imran. Look for this guy very helpful in every aspect . I was confused but he helped me out and on the end of the day very satisfied with the purchase

Staff like Mr. Imran is very accomodating and explains clearly what’s the best for us. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommended as you can find everything in this store, for house renovations.

Recently purchased from this store, dealing with Imran was a pleasure and he is certainly an expert and knowledgeable about the flooring products I was looking for. He was very professional and got me the best price possible. Amazing prices and great follow up from Imran. Returning unused flooring was so easy. I would definitely recommend this store, I done a lot of research and shopped around, so happy we found this place.

Dealt with Shaikh who was excellent to deal with .Listened and understood what I needed and recommended an excellent product. Will be needing hardwood flooring in the near future and will be seeing him again.

NOT RECOMMENDING AT AL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was at the pickering branch on sep 16 and I picked the hardwood that I liked and also gave the deposit. The person who is the manager there told me it will be 2-3 weeks to get it which was fine with me considering that my contractor still doing other things in my place and will give him enough time to finish those . After two weeks I called the shop the see If he has a date for me when can I come to pick it up but he said don't know yet..... I mean WHAT?! After that every time I called I had to block my number to ensure that he will take my call which was unbelievable. I explained to him after 3weeks the this is not what he promised and I need my deposit back which he refuses to give back. Now he's told me that it will be in on nov 1.
I mean doesn't matter how I looking at it from sep 16- nov 1 is not a 2-3 weeks time frame. He will tell you everything what you like to hear to get your commitment but he definitely can't deliver those promises.
Save yourself from a lot of headache!!!!!!!!!!!!!
