Condo Renovation - Brutal Quality and Customer Service
I purchased engineered hardwood "hickory click light scrapped brushed" for my 700sq condo. At the store, the wood looked and felt like great quality. The price was reasonable and they put it together quickly and I thought, this is great! In a matter of months any slight scrape against the floor, the COLOUR came off.. it was NOT the original authentic hardwood. I know most wood is treated but this was unbelievable.
After about 10 months, the panels started shifting and were not tightly pieced together. We were under the 1 year warranty and I had called for them to come fix the gaping holes between each panel. THAT WAS 4 MONTHS AGO. I spoke with BABAR and EACH TIME he told me he would "call me back"... Never received a call back and I told him, call me back, leave a msg and let me know the date and time someone can come and fix it. I will make myself available anytime.
RADIO SILENCE.
I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I would NOT recommend this company. Completely unprofessional and it's not quality wood.
