NIGHTMARE!!!!! After they get your money they don't care if you have a problem. The installation was poorly done and not finished It took over a month to come and finish and fix it. The guy just made excuses. Nails were sticking up, baseboards with spaces flooring with spaces unfinished trimming. It was a mess. Nobody came from the company came to see the mess . IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!!!

We decided to replace the carpeting in our house and chose Hardwood Giant for hardwood floors. We talked about the different choices with Shaik and found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us suggestions, competitive pricing, and a timely delivery date that allowed us to get started on installation right away.

We though of changing our carpeted floor and stairs with hardwood. We have been shopping around since three months and different sales persons gave us different view and idea. When we went to Hardwood Giant, where we met Mr. Shaikh. He took time and explained everything in great details with patience. He has possessed great knowledge on flooring and stairs, needless to say he is so friendly and witty. The moment he greeted us, we connected well with him. His was warm, honest and accommodating. I bought laminate floor from Hardwood Giant Scarborough location. Shaik is the salesperson who helped me with my purchase. He is very knowledgeable and accomodating. He answered all my questions and recommended nice looking and good quality laminate and underpad. Shaik's customer service during and after sales was outstanding. I returned 2 boxes of excess laminate, he gladly took them and promptly processed my refund.

We just bought a home and intended to change its flooring. While shopping for the flooring needs for the home we just bought, we went to Hardwood Giant's Warden store where we met Shaik. He was very professional and provided me and my wife with an excellent customer service. Shaik explained the Pros and Cons of the different products and provided recommendations based on other customer's experience and his own knowledge. After deciding for the Laminate floors we liked, he explained the delivery timeline based on the transport schedule to the store. The product arrived on time and as promised by Shaik. We also needed under pads for the laminate and even when the store was out of stock at the moment in Warden, Shaik picked it up the following day from their Brampton warehouse by himself and brought it to the Scarborough store to make sure we had the product for our renovation. We'd definitely look for future flooring needs at that store and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to deal with Shaik and have a very rewarding experience. We are extremely satisfied by his service and the product that he supplied to us.

Purchased hardwood floor at hardwood giant (warden) to renovate my kitchen and living room. Mr Shaik was very helpful to choose hardwood. More cheaper to other store. He also friendly and good salesperson.

We purchased hardwood flooring from Hardwood Giant in Scarborough to renovate the entire main floor of our house. We were impressed with the end result after installation, what a transformation! Shaik is a very friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable salesperson. He took time, demonstrated various floors and made our task easier in choosing the floor that we wanted. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We were pleased with his service, knowledge and approach, therefore, ordered 968 square feet of Royal Image Red Oak Musket with installation and 703 square feet Lifestepp Maple Cherry laminate without installation as my general contractor was to do it.
