Company did great job previously on two bedroom in my house two years ago. This time there were major issues. Living room flooring was really well done, but on second floor things were not to the expected high standard that the company have shown they can do in the past. The railing on the second floor was removed and the stud holding it in place was also taken out and not put back in when the railing was reinstalled. Because of this I have to pay for another contractor to come in and reinstall a new stud.
Also several pieces of new flooring in the master bedroom were not fitted properly and there is squeaking when you walk in that area. Lastly the baseboard on the landing was taken out and after being reinstalled it popped out the day after it was fitted back in.
If These deficiencies had been noticed prior to the crew completing their work and If i had been aware I would not have signed off as being satisfied with the work done!.
The work crew was also very messy and on the last day, arrived at 10 am and left 15 minutes later and returned four hours later with no explanation on why they had left.
Overall I am very disappointed in this companies work and would not recommend them to any customers because of the inconsistent quality of their work.
