Lee Sanchez may be the best builder or tradesman I've ever worked with.
He quoted quickly and clearly on my job. He was extremely flexible and fair when my schedule and the scope of work changed.
And most importantly, he did excellent work. This guy knows Ikea components - he and his staff assembled and built all my Ikea cabinetry very skillfully.
The associated work - trim carpentry, painting, and plumbing - was very good. Excellent workmanship.
He is careful, works deliberately and thoughtfully, and communicates very well.
Also he's a good guy, and a very calm presence on a construction site. I can't recommend him highly enough.
