Octa Fences

STAY AWAY from OCTA Fence - Very bad experience, unprofessional- they did our neighborhood New fence. They supposed to insert the design on both doors and one side of the door needs to be fixed as it was unaligned. They told me to pay the amount and some one will come at once to fix the door and insert the design. Its been 4 months now, called thousands of time and left Whatapp messages & VM. The owner who was very professional at the time of getting business + money, just look at the messages and never replied. Please DO NOT pay them full amount until the work is done.

MONTHS! We have been waiting for the fence to be installed! They were very pushy however and a huge hurry to sign contracts but now to get the fence built is another story. This company refuses to answer their phone they have horrible customer service unreliable and I would never recommend them!

I was looking for a good company to do my deck and these guys had a meeting in our block at ladbrook crescent, Brampton and I was very impressed with them so I decided to go with them and it was the best decision I made. The deck came out very good I was very pleased with the team work, material, skills and the efficiency of everything. If you are looking to get your deck or fence done I definitely recommend you to sign with them.

The company's signs are everywhere in the area. It is a new community in Brampton, Queen and Chinguacousy. We did not ask for anything fancy - just a fence in between houses, a little gate and a little deck with 5 steps to get access to a backyard.
It turned out just bad. I would not recommend them to anyone. Deck is not leveled, all shaky as it does not have enough support, quality of wood is super low. The bottom step sits right on the ground.
My advice is try to avoid them.

Octa built us a great deck and fence for our property. Our neighbor went with them too after they saw how happy we were with them.

They did good work and we got a full warranty for our product.

I'd recommend them to any of my friends as they also gave us a very good price.

good rate however not too happy with the workmanship. Our street decided to choose this company because they were the cheapest. They did a fine job for what we paid however the quality of the final product left something to be desired. I don't think I would use these guys again. Seems like they will tell you anything you want to hear in order to make the sale.
I hope these guys will be around to come throughon their warranties, I suspect the warranties may be needed. I did not like that they only had a 2 year warranty on thier posts.

We had Octa Fences build our deck and it turned out amazing. I received so many compliments on my deck that I called them to give our entire neighbourhood a quote on the fences and because of their reasonable estimates, knowledge and professionalism, our entire neighbourhood signed them to build our fences. They were fast and friendly and were always ready to answer any questions. The fence looks sturdy and solid and gives you complete privacy. Overall, I had a wonderful experience dealing with them and would recommend them to anyone, whether you need a deck or fence, call Octa Fences!

Recently had a fence built by Octa and it turned out beautifully. It went up quickly and is a good, sturdy fence that I've received lots of compliments on. Our dealings with the salesman, Phil, were very pleasant, in spite of some glitches getting the project started. He is very knowledgeable, professional and strives to give you the best product at the best price. He was on-site often while work was being done and appeared to be ready and able to handle any problems or changes on the spot, if needed.

They delivered what they promised and built a solid fence I will enjoy for years to come. It is nice to know that there are still a few stand up companies left out there . . .
