When we bought our condo we procrastinated about fixing up the tub and tile. It's our only bathroom, so we knew any construction would be difficult to live through. Now we wish we'd done it years earlier - Craig and his team did such a fantastic job. We had several companies in to do a quote, but Craig's was the most detailed and his time frame was 4 days, while another contractor said 3 weeks! He really took time with us and went over everything, and got a good idea of what we wanted. The other guys just came in, took measurements and barely asked us any questions. His crew came exactly when he said they would, they were all pleasant and polite, and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We were only without a toilet for 1 night, and could use our shower again after only 3 days. We got the shower stall re-tiled (and new surround), the bathtub replaced, a new toilet, sink and vanity top (quartz) and it all came in at around $9000.

They did such a good job that we got them to replace our kitchen counter tops a few weeks later (also quartz). We got the sink, faucet, and new counter tops and that was $5000, exactly to budget and on time. We even had a drainage issue (partly due to the awkward plumbing situation in our old unit but mostly due to a pre-existing blockage that must have stemmed from the past owners) and Craig got his plumber back to fix the issue right away.

I have attached some pictures but they don't really do the work justice as the space is small and my photography skill is non existent (they were also taken before the grouting was complete).
