Having your computer crash on you is no fun. So, when my laptop did just that and i had to have it diagnosed as to the problems causing the crash, i looked to VCRS. They gave me a quote and told me what it would cost to fix it. This informed decision led to holding off and putting the money towards a newer model instead. Ovearall, quite satisfied.
