a wonderful job he did at my mother's home!! When the job
was done they did a wonderful job of cleaning up.

I had a broken water pipe leading to the outside of the house, to my luck it was accessible however I could not fix it myself. I called to explain my issue and in 30 minutes he was at the property to do an inspection of the issue and what had caused the damage. There was no rush to fix it so we arranged the repair for another day. He came through as committed and got the work done. Because I was not onsite at the time of repair he took the initiative to meet with me again to explain how to work the new pipe for the winter months and prevent it from happening again. Very pleased with his work but his customer service/care is far more admirable.

There was an issue with flooding coming up through the basement drain in my house and I called Santos to check it out. He came in quickly for a personal estimate and explained the issue, and offered a very reasonable price for the job, including financing options. We booked him, his team came in the next morning and finished the job within 5 hours. Very polite, professional, and Igor (one of the plumbers) took pictures of the site as he worked to show me, which I really appreciated. Good service, good price, and great results. Everything has been smooth sailing at the house since. I highly recommend Santos for plumbing needs.

when you own an older house, please do not hesitate to call santos, they can fix your drain problem for ever, I don't know how many times the plumber came to sneaking my drain and month later, it is plugged again, so, spend your money wisely and do it now.
