The cistern of my toilet was constantly leaking water into the toilet bowl between flushes. Mr. Mehmet fixed the issue for me in less than 15 minutes. Mr. Mehmet said I just needed a new flow valve. Mr. Mehmet is an excellent Plumber and Tradesman, he is polite, professional, and prompt.

I personally recommend Mehmet for all plumbing services. Mehmet is a very professional, honest, courteous, fast, hardworking and trustworthy plumber and it has a wonderful outcome. I have known Mehmet since 2018 when I had an issue with the City of Delta for the property I bought way back in 2006.

Mehmet and his crew came to help out with replacing our old hot water tank with a tankless water heater. They were great to deal with and did a fantastic job in a timely manner at a good price. I would 100% recommend them to others and will use them for any future projects.

I have two issues with plumbing at my house. Mehmet is very responsive and attend to it in timely manner. The first one is the leaking from the pipe in the crawl space. Mehmet looked at it and found the issue of this. He fixed within one hour. The second one is the broken pipe near garburator in my kitchen. He also fixed that. I recommend Mehmet if you have plumbing issue, he did excellent job.

After our tankless water heater started leaking on a long weekend, Mehmet got back to us quickly, and fixed our problem promptly when he could get the parts. Quick and friendly service!

A friend referred us to GVA Plumbing when a plumbing issue arose during a renovation. Mehmet was responsive, on time, on budget, and absolutely fantastic to work with. Since, over the last few years, we have called on Mehmet at least two other times when our older home needed some plumbing attended to. On one of those occasions, he advised against any work being done and didn't even charge for his time to visit us and assess the problem. Mehmet continues to always be amazing in all respects. Mehmet recently installed a Rinnai tankless water heater in my house. His proficiency in plumbing, gas fitting and venting all came together seamlessly. His eye for detail and experience led him to questioned the capacity of the existing gas supply, so he referred to a gas manual and did some calculations to confirm that there would not be sufficient gas to run all of the appliances at the same time. Mehmet arranged for Fortis Gas to install a higher capacity meter and regulator on the same day as the tankless installation to minimize interruption. In addition, he noticed that there was no pressure regulator on my water service, tested the pressure which turned out to be 50% higher than recommended, and installed a pressure regulator to protect my appliances and the new water heater. Mehmet also arranged for the City of Vancouver inspection, and all is good. Now thats full service!
