The front stairs railing post was wobbly (safety hazard) and the wood had dry rot. Geoff, the handyman, was very friendly, explained everything he was going to do, and what had done afterwards. He was efficient and did great work! (Please note the before and after pics. We selected pressure treated wood which means the wood would not be painted until next year, hence the two tone coloring.)
