They will change the contract specifics and cut corners. All they want is your CASH and then they will take off and not complete their contracted work. They will take the pavers etc that you paid for to use in their next job. They are a very angry family with a lot of negative issues.

In the 30 years I've been in this business you are the only client I've ever walked from. We didn't steal anything! The materials I took with me were mine. Just as the police informed you and Brampton brick informed you. We invoiced you several times throughout the project and you didn't honour our payment schedule which was in our contract. Then I was warned by 3 of your neighbours that you planned on withholding the final 40 percent payment once the job was completed. As you are well known by your neighbours to do this with many other contractors.
You're a thief plain and simple! I also have invoices from all my suppliers which proves the materials I loaded were mine.
