Just Right Carpet Cleaning

BEWARE OF THIS CARPET CLEANER SERVICE!........

I scheduled my carpet cleaning with "Just Right Carpet Cleaning" on August 7 2014. Directly after the service, I noticed very large stains that looked like they were burns. My carpet is off white, so the stains are very noticable.

I have used Michael H. of "Just Right Carpet Cleaning" Edmonton for over 2 years, with no issue.

I called him when I noticed the stain. Michael came back and acknowledged the stain was cause by the rental machine he was using. He attempted to remove the stain with no success. The next day he dropped off a product for me to apply to my carpet, which he assured me would remove the stain.

When this product didn't work after a week of applying it, I called the Owner Michael H. requesting a refund. I told him that would be getting an estimate from a REPUTABLE carpet cleaning company to have the stain removed and expected him to pay for the repairs.

Micheal H. Hung up on me and blocked my number.

DONT TRUST JUST RIGHT CARPET CLEANING OR MICHAEL H. HE WILL RUIN YOUR CARPET.
