-20°C when Zach showed up to clean our carpets throughout the house. After taking care of a frozen hose coupling he proceeded to do an excellent job under very tough conditions. One problematic stain was found on a post cleaning walk through and Zach assured me that he would return if it was still a concern after it dried. Unfortunately the questionable stain remained, and a follow-up visit was arranged and during this second visit the stain was totally eliminated.
JaDoc Inglis is very fortunate to have such a determined, dedicated and thoughtful employee as Zach. I look forward to having him return when we next have our carpets cleaned.
