Excellent professional customer service. The service personnel installed the storm door with little time and ease. The storm door is superb quality. They disposed of the old storm door at no cost. Furthermore, they fixed the frame of the door. I was so concerned about two windows in which my tenants had created issues (the sliding panel re-inserted incorrected; and other window which had long screws between the two slide panels). I couldn't get any professional service to fix these two minor window issues. Imperial windows & doors fixed these issues without charging me a penny. Also they adjusted their time schedule based on my tenants' demands. I received the best customer service possible.
