The HomeStars reviews of Imperial Windows and Doors convinced us to to call them in our search for someone to replace a leaky window. And we are so happy we did. It has all been said in previous reviews. Wonderful customer service, great communication explaining everything they would do and why, reliable, timely and very professional. There were no changes to price or timing. The product, installation and clean-up were all great.
We will be replacing a number of our other windows soon and are thrilled that we have Henry to rely on for that.
