James from Safe Home Dryer Vent Cleaning came to our home in Richmond and located our problem in just 5 minutes after a major retail outlet was unable to after two trips! The outside vent had been covered during the original construction of the house, therefore the airflow was always poor. Not only did he correct this but also went the extra mile and picked up a proper vent cover and installed it AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!! I highly recommend James and his crew, he will always have our business.
