I had quotes with a few companies but I loved the pics of Classic Pools' previous work and I knew they could build exactly what I needed. Plus I talked with other homeowners and they had no issues with their pools. It's not easy trusting your dreams to someone else but in the end Greg, Dave and their team made it happen. Every time I come home, every time I go in my backyard - I simply love it. Dave was onsite everyday and was amazing with my questions, comments, and concerns. He always put my mind at ease, and understood my focus on details. The retaining wall is just awesome and now our backyard is so much bigger. In a small space like ours, it was entirely worth it and we use our yard year round. And I have the confidence that Greg and his team are only a phone call away should I ever have a question. I like that! Thank you all!!

Greg and his crew did an amazing job in transforming our backyard into an outdoor oasis. Greg and Martine listened very carefully to what we wanted and never said that it could not be done! Even the inground built in stairs! The landscaping along with the stonework were also completed by them and everything was done on time without delays! Would definitely recommend them!

We did our due diligence before deciding on which company to install our pool and landscaping. Classic Pools was referred to us by our friends and we couldn't be happier about our experience!

We met with Greg in late January and work started in early April. We were pleasantly surprised that the job was on time and on budget. (considering the amount of rain we had this Spring and the tight access to our backyard) Greg was super informative and held our hand during the whole process. His crew was very hardworking and did a great time from the dig all the way to clean up. Even once the pool was finished, Greg has still been available for a few questions/troubles we've had with learning how to maintain the pool on our own. Overall a great experience - a company I would whole-heartedly recommend!

Classic Pools are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They were efficient, and the quality of their work was top notch. They did our pool and back yard and were so good, we asked them to do our front. I can't recco them highly enough.

Classic Pools installed a resort in our backyard this past spring. We couldn't be happier with the work and the final product. Greg and team truly transformed our yard. The guys from Classic Pools were great, arriving early in the morning demonstrating their dedication to get the job done right and on time.

We met with several pool builders when we decided to go ahead with our project and Greg provided, by far, the most detailed estimate and plan. We made a few design changes during construction, which were implemented seamlessly and with helpful input from Greg.

We had Greg and Martine design and build our pool. They took our ideas and turned our backyard into an oasis! They started and finished on time and Greg dealt with all the logistics of the project such as gas, electrical etc. Greg has come back to change a couple minor things after the fact with absolutely no issue... Classic Pools and Landscaping have given us an oasis that exceeds our wildest dreams. We are about to fill our pool at the end of a construction process that went exactly as predicted – from a budget and timeline perspective.

We met with a few pool companies before we found Classic Pools but only Greg gave us more than an estimate at that initial meeting.

Greg made suggestions on our proposed plan that only someone with years of hands-on experience could provide, things we would never consider or think to ask a contractor. Only Greg gave us that feeling that you can’t put into words – that gut feeling that working with him would mean the least amount of stress possible and we were right. The few times that questions arose (from our own inexperience) we reminded ourselves “We trust Greg. He will have a plan” and like magic the question left our minds, sometimes after we spoke to him and sometimes we just saw the answer the next day. He encouraged and welcomed all our questions and input and never made us feel that we were being a pain during the whole process.

It was wonderful working with Greg and crew every step of the way, from the way our ideas were heard and improved upon, from construction and aesthetic perspectives, to the construction process itself. He told us that he would treat our property as if it were his own and both he and his crew were absolutely true to that sentiment. They work incredibly hard and are polite and respectful. It was genuinely an enjoyable experience, seeing our backyard transformed into the oasis it is today.

Martine gave us a gorgeous design - we love how she combined trees, shrubs and flowers around the space, the colours she chose and how she worked with the landscape itself, including the fencing, rocks and house and of course all the plants that she selected. Using Classic Pools and Landscaping for the planting just made sense – the next business day after we approved the plan it was done, with the care and attention that was shown during the whole project.

We were most concerned about the water feature, because it was the one thing that we couldn’t describe precisely in words. Somehow, even though no picture existed, Greg understood what we wanted and gave us something better than we had dreamed about.

Ultimately he gave us both the big picture that we had dreamed about but also tons of little finishing details that we couldn’t have envisioned and it’s the combination that makes it the incredible space that it is today. We are absolutely thrilled with it, with everything.

At the end of the project they put everything back as it was before they started – in fact better because the sod they laid had no weeds!

We are thrilled to be about to fill our pool but it will be strange not seeing the crew every day. We will miss them.
