Sanderson Roofing

I live in a townhouse (end unit). My roof was looking rough, and so did my neighbor's roof. We looked around for quotes on replacing our roofs. We chose Sanderson Roofing not because of the price, but because of the quality.

Sanderson wasn't the cheapest, but it certainly wasn't the most expensive either. What made us choose them was the speed with which they could do the job, and the quality of the service during installation and after. They offered a 25 year warranty on their labour, which was nowhere near what was offered by other companies in our price-range. They started work within a week of agreeing on the work and finished the next day. The staff was curteous and thourough. They did a great job of cleaning up, and we all in all a very pleasant group of individuals.

I feel that Sanderson Roofing is worth every penny.

We had ice damming pretty bad on our roof and wanted it removed before it melted and it could cause damage to our home. Sanderson Roofing responded immediately. I emailed the Saturday morning, got an email back 2 hours later, that afternoon someone came by to have a look at the the ice dam and by the next day someone had come by it was all removed. Sanderson staff were responsive and very professional. 5 stars all the way!

I have had a couple of roofs shingled by Sanderson Roofing. They were very professional and their workmanship is second to none. Arrived on time and everything was cleaned up after and was like it was before they arrived. Would 100% recommend them to anyone re-roofing their residence or workplace.

Left site without any evidence a roof was changed other than the brand new roof.

Sandersons has done two flat roofs for me. They responded quickly to a request for a quote, arrived when they said they would and completed the work expeditiously. Their staff were professional and a pleasure to deal with. The work site was well-cleaned at the end of the job. One problematic issue was quickly dealt with at no extra cost. We had started re-shingling a roof but ran into another emergency on another site. We called Sanderson and in less than 24 hours they were on the roof sorting it out for us. Even though they knew we were in a crunch, their pricing was fair and very competitive, their team was polite, professional and worked very quickly. It was all round a great experience!
