After inspection, Shaun informed me of our roofing situation at the dormer window and was completely upfront about costs associated with fixing it. He explained exactly where the problem was, and furthermore provided pictures to show me the extent of the damage. Shaun and his crew came back a few days later to fix the problem. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of this interaction. Not only was Urban Roofing able to quickly fix my problem, but they took it one step further and kept me informed of everything and even gave me suggestions on how to improve the longevity of my roof. On a separate note, I found that Shaun and his colleagues were completely professional, and treated me with utmost respect. They were personable and cleaned up after themselves. Having had other trades professionals in my home for various tasks, I would say that Urban Roofing went above and beyond my expectations.
