I had a leak due to an icing problem. Three different companies had a look, including the company that installed my roof, and could not find any problems and did not offer any viable solutions. I then called Shaun Stratford at Urban Roofing (who was recommended by a fellow colleague), he provided a detailed explanation once he assessed the conditions of the leak. He was very thorough and showed professionalism in all aspects of his expertise. He is very knowledgable and is straight to the point of what needs to be done, whether the solution is good or bad. I was prepared to redo my roof with his company for piece of mind, but he was able to solve the problem without the cost of a new roof. A few days later, his installers/crew came and were very efficient, clean and respectful. They provided excellent workmanship in a timely manner and they even shovelled my driveway.
