*****WARNING*** Do not use the service of C.S. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE located on 2400 Dundas St West Unit 6 in Mississauga. They take your money and do not provide you with service. The first week of April 2013, I agreed and paid them for four visits (Spring, late spring, summer and late summer) and unlimited weeds control. Six weeks has passed and no show up yet. I called many times to find out when they were coming and no one to talk to, it is always an answer machine. May 10 a guy showed up and he supposed to do spring fertilization and spray the weeds but it was a rainy day so he could not do the weed treatment and he said he was coming back the next day. His next day it was May 24 (14 days later) to spray the weeds. After that he never showed up again. July and August came I am calling these guys every week and follow up with emails but no reply or call back. I had enough and sent them an email saying that I was going to take action against them and at end of the summer they sent me a check for 50% of what I paid them. They only Provided me with one treatment but they charge me for 2 . In the summer 2014 they did the something to other clients. They had a recording message on their machine stating that if your lawn was not done to call them back to get a refund.
