Urban Paving Inc

Had driveway re-paved last summer and within the year, excessive cracking. I wrote and called Gisèle, who sold the service but was unsuccessful reaching her or the company - it seems they have closed their business. Be wary of this company potentially operating under another name.

This company does not take responsibility for its workmanship, does not honour its work, and does not communicate with clients who have issues with their work. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Urban Paving Inc. repaved my asphalt driveway in October, 2015. I followed all instructions for care of the driveway, following the paving process, waiting for almost 2 weeks before parking on the driveway.

In April, 2016 (6 months later), the asphalt showed signs of dents and deterioration. I made attempts to contact Urban Paving from August through October, and received no reply. Urban Paving finally replied near the end of October, accusing me of parking on the driveway too soon after paving - and refusing to repave the driveway.

They did not take responsibility for fixing their poor workmanship, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. The company did not even reply to the Better Business Bureau's request for information. They have lost their BBB accreditation

Excellent job. We had a very old and cracked driveway with several layers of asphalt which needed to be completely ripped out and repaved. The only thing we did not need was a new base. The job done was excellent with much care taken with the application, edges, levelling and clean up. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had our driveway newly paved as it was old and cracked everywhere. It was then sealed days later. This process took a 2-3 days. The gentlemen from Urban Paving were efficient and worked during the day and were gone at night, and they understood our desire to have as little disruption as possible. A good job overall, very smooth and even and flat.
