I've used S.O.S Maintenance since they started operating.

They come after hours and on weekends, they take the time to explain everything and always give me a variety of options. Their prices on labour are extremely reasonable and their prices on parts and supplies are much less than retail.

I'm extremely happy to have found them and recommend them to everyone with a pool or hot tub.

Our hot tub is located outside our house and on a cold evening in February, 2013 (low that night was 26 degrees Celsius), we realized that the hot tub had stopped working. We checked for obvious problems but couldn’t determine what had caused the problem. In a panic, we found Scott’s number on the internet. He arrived within the hour with extensions chords, heaters, lights and tools. It turned out that one pipe was already partially frozen and without Scott’s help, we would have had major damage to an expensive tub. Scott fixed the problem and saved us a fortune in major repairs. His cost for repairing the tub was very reasonable. Scott was very polite, knowledgeable, and experienced. We highly recommend Scott to anyone requiring service or repairs to their hot tub.

We bought a house with an old pool and had no idea how to care for it. Scott helped to educate me on what was positive and negative with the pool, how the equipment works, and how to maintain it. When I had problems with the pump and the heater, he diagnosed the problem, tried an economical fix, but I decided to replace the pump and start fresh. He provided a well priced pump and had it installed and everything working well (including the heater) in time for the upcoming weekend. This is a man who can sleep well at night knowing he is providing an exceptional service to his clients at a good price. It's his own business and it shows - he'll build a loyal client base and have work for years to come. I'm just glad he's our new "pool man" and we'll be seeing him at closing time in the Autumn. We really feel we lucked out when discovering Scott. We are new pool owners since buying our home in the winter, and just called him to help show us how to open our pool. When it was discovered that our pump and filter were cracked and our salt system totally wrecked by the previous owner not winterizing it, Scott took so much time to explain our options and actually showed us in detail the damage. He went wayyyy beyond the call of duty and came back three times there was so much work needing to be done. His plumbing is spotless and very professional. He even cleaned up old recycling under and around the deck left by the previous owners and raked the sand so it looked lovely. His work is impeccable and I'm fairly picky, but he is pickier and it sure shows. He is honest, charming, friendly, VERY skilled and knowledgeable and made the whole process totally painless and fun too. His prices just cannot be beat. We were charged so little for so much we almost feel badly- a thousand for parts and labour including pump, filter system, labour, materials, chemicals, follow up details, instruction, emails, pictures , warranties and so much more. He tells you how to save money at every turn and is as honest as the day is long. We told him to make himself at home when we left for a few hours with the door unlocked but he just kept working through despite the heat and humidity. If you want incredible service, highly skilled work that looks amazing, and an experience that leaves you relieved, hire Scott. We are inviting him to our next pool party. We would recommend nobody else!!!! We just wish he did more than pools and hottubs so we could hire him for everything around the home. This is the cream of the crop company!!!!!We both are putting his card on our workplace bulletin boards.

Great company. Went above and beyond. Got spa moved, ordered cover, cover lifter, inspected it, set it up minus the electrical at a very reasonable cost.
I would recommend using them for all of your hot tub needs as I will be using them for the duration of the time that I own a hot tub.
