My new bamboo flooring was separating quite a bit so I called Bernie (he did not do the initial installation). He came to look at it the next day, determined the best fix, and was back a few days later to do the repair. My house was for sale and Bernie understood the urgency to get the repairs done. He put a rush order on the piece required, and the job was completed in less than a week from the time I initially contacted him.
