It’s rare to have a company (especially in the home renovation business) be so responsive, friendly, invested in customer service, and so quick to get the job done and done well.
Chef was a pleasure to deal with. Ours was a very small stucco repair and while other companies either made me feel like our project wasn’t worth their time or never even bothered to return my call when they heard it was just for a minor repair, Chef made me feel like I was as important as any large project - and he didn’t put me off for weeks. The job was done within a week! His friendly and cheerful demeanour was a welcome surprise -especially in this day in age where customer service is an after thought.
