I hired Jolanta to install a check valve for the Toronto Sewer rebate program. Upon meeting Antony, he stated that he was registered with the City of Toronto, and will do the work so that I would be eligible for the rebate. He installed the valve, but left the concrete from the basement in my backyard. A month later, I received a letter from the City saying that my contractor was not registered with the city, and that I will not be receiving my rebate.
