We had 4 windows and a sliding door installed over the long weekend. I was extremely adamant on the installation date and having it completed in one day so that we could enjoy Thanksgiving with a fully completed house. Dmitri, the sales associate, was one of the most pleasant representatives we had let into our home while searching for the right company. He was knowledgeable about the products and respectful of our timelines. He had guaranteed the service would be completed to our utmost expectations. As it turns out, he was right. Quantum delivered on their promise with time to spare. The windows and sliding door look immaculate. Dmitri had also recommended an upgrade for the glass and door handle, which accentuates the new look quite significantly. The crew cleaned up their work stations and finished the work flawlessly. Overall we were really pleased and it became the topic of conversation throughout the holidays.
