1) Unable to fulfill an order of rocks on time last week (given 4 days' notice) so cancelled it
2) 6 days later asked where the refund to the credit card was - told it will take up to 14 days to process (what?!)
3) Despite this we foolishly ordered sod and soil for us to pick up, called ahead because of all the recent rain - arrived and told that it is too wet to do it!
Called another local landscaping company- they delivered the same rocks for the same price within 24 hours. Sod and soil available for pick up today (despite the rain).
Bark Mulch Depot - a great example of how NOT to run a business. Given a 1* for pricing being decent.

Thank you for the feedback again. As previously discussed, many of our suppliers were having product delays during an unprecedented time in the industry. In our 15th season, quality is important to us and we won't sell wet soil after a couple inches of rain. It looks like your card was promptly refunded on our end but can't speak to your credit card company statement timing. All the best in your future landscaping endeavors.
