New Build

This builder is the worst builder I have ever come across. The workman ship was shoddy and cheap. It took 3 years to build it apparently. I bought it (work still in progress) AND then struggled through 6 years of getting them to fix all the problems. The icing on the cake was that they promised to repaint the house (which was never completed upon move in) and then left me with the bill to pay to fix their cheap and shoddy workmanship. I had a 4 page list for the insurance company when I moved in! And there are still things they never made good on! Don't buy from Sterling Bridge - stay far away from them! Far far far away! The worst company I have ever worked with!

New Home

If you are looking for a builder that "Build - Sell - Forget" Sterling Bridge is your choice. Trying to get something done past the closing date is almost impossible. Sterling Bridge may be committed to a lot of things, but is not customer satisfaction. Even if the vice President show up on site and promise that things will be fixed - nothing happens. Appauling.

New home build

We bought a new home hoping to avoid the hassles of our past older ones with leaky basements and windows and insufficient insulation. We thought we'd found what we were looking for in the new home we bought which was about 90% done at the time, from a supposedly reputable builder. Almost 4 years in we are still dealing with defficiencies and poor workmanship, with the drywall alone being a constant issue. Tarion is a bit of a help but the lesson is take a very hard stand on anything to be corrected or it will take forever to get anything fixed!
