I did some research on Karndean Flooring and found this store Generation Flooring by Concord. I've been to their showroom and met with the owner, the rest of the team. They are not only friendly but they really know the products they are selling. Some stores I've been to just told me the basic product description. During the install process, the installer Wayne and his wife showed up a bit late but not very far off. Glenn would follow up with a call to tell me they are a little behind. I understood because the location I lived at. Second time they showed up on time. Wayne's couple BY FAR the best, detail oriented and pleasant to work with. There are a couple of hick ups during the process but nothing really change my overall experience with this company as a whole. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family when they need the floor done.
