Courteous staff, helped me in a bind for a small move.
Work men loaded the moving boxes onto a trolley and wheeled it to the delivery truck. This seems to be a slower method - rather than the old fashioned "carry all the boxes by hand"
Would use them again in a bind, or would negotiate them not using the trolly to save time. This should have been a few hour job based upon the number of boxes and few furniture items only. Ended up being a full day event. And the price is reflective. (Price shown was approximate)
