I hired these people for replacement windows in my century home. I saw the ad online.
I was impressed with their presentation. I was impressed with the quality of the windows. The price was fair, I believe.
They showed up, for installation. I had a Bay window built for a bay window installation in my bedroom. However, It now leaks and I wasn't very impressed when I looked at the workmanship of the built window. They left gaps where there should not be (insulation issues), and a messing finish. I actujally provided all the trim! What would have happened if I had not provided that?? The problem now is I cannot reach anybody! No voice mail for the business card I was given. He is supposed to be "General Manager". The office phone has been dis-connected as well. I did speak to him once, the first time I called. He set up a date to come, and no one called, and no one showed up for that appointment. Now he does not answer his cell when I call.
