Harvard Cleaners

I agree with the "real" reviews. the 10 out of 10 is obviously written by the company. Look around other review sites, It's all the same. Do not use Harvard Cleaners! Expected them to come by yesterday, even did the grunt work myself to get the junk to the front of the house to speed things up for them. I called them mid day to see where they were, said they were running late, but would be there. Waited till 8PM and no one ever bothered getting back to me. Left them a VM and still nothing. Useless company.
