Central Air conditioning, as well as new water heater
I am a very detailed person and this company sent individuals who are far more detailed than I am, to to the work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and to do excellent work. They advised me as to which central air conditioning unit to purchase as well which water heater would work best. Unlike many trades people I have dealt with in the past, they have excellent communication skills and either phoned or e-mailed me on the two different occasions I contacted them. They also were on time! Many thanks to Dan for the high standard of his workmen: William and his helper (sorry, I forgot his name).

Thanks Mr. Hochman! The service industry can be a difficult journey for anyone. Since we are family run and we are also homeowners, we understand how difficult it can be to find reliable service. I believe most people in our trade care about what they do and do the best they can, but sometimes take on too much. That happens to us as well, but we always try and think about our business from your perspective. It's easy to say we care and we do good work, but the only real proof is in your experience.
