We gave Derek ideas for our addition/complete house reno/garage and he made them a reality. Derek is very personable and was very easy to work with during the entire process, suggesting ways to make the design fit both form and function. The result was an amazing house design that looks seamless from old to new. Oh and an amazing detached garage to match!
