Tom is continually outstanding. He managed to squeeze us in last minute for a very timely inspection and was able to manage a large number of family members' questions and concerns while executing a thorough and comprehensive inspection. We have had him out for several houses now and he has consistently produced a high quality, high value service.

Home Inspection review in Toronto

I contacted Tom to assist with our home inspection because of all the positive reviews we saw on Homestars and he did not disappoint. Firstly we were a little late (5-10 mins) for the appointment as we were coming from work. When we arrived, Tom was already on the roof because he was on time and he started immediately. Tom clearly explained the process in steps, allowed us as much time as we needed for questions after each step of the inspection process and then he promptly provided us with a detailed inspection report less than 24 hours later. Tom is very knowledgeable, experienced and also clearly loves what he does, and this comes through in every interaction with him. We would highly recommend Tom's services to anyone looking for a home or property inspection.
