On the inspection day, Tom came right on time and told us just relax, he will make sure everything go smoothly for us.
How he does the work is he check each pending item by himself first, then he will walk through with us what he found together. The pace is great, the explanation is in detail. Whatever question we have, Tom make sure we understand his answer.
He mentioned some key areas require a fix immediately and other areas only need to pay attention to. Everything feels very organized and we feel very relived when the inspection was completed.
