Moving from a condo to a first time home purchase made us a little nervous. We knew we needed to have an inspection done because we've heard all the horror stories out there about unexpected expenses people get when they move in. We wanted to take every precaution. He did a great job and went out of his way to educate us on many aspects of the home (ie, adjusting the humidifier, changing furnace filters, shutting off the outside hose bib in the winter etc.) He was awesome and would definately recommend.
