I contacted Clearview based on reviews on this site and luckily Tom made himself available for a very last minute inspection request. Tom was very professional, polite, showed up on time and spent 3 hrs doing a thorough inspection. He was also great at explaining / teaching us about the issues we saw (or didn't see), given we are first time home buyers. I was very impressed with the report (not to mention how quickly it was delivered) -- it was over 50 pages of easy-to-read info and contained tons of helpful photos.
Additionally, I contacted Tom next day to help provide info requested by my home insurance and Tom responded very quickly with the info needed. Overall, good experience and we learned a lot!
