Kemptville Pool and Spa

Bought a pool heater after mine died ( after 12 yrs) and 2 days after it was installed there was a problem . Asked to exchange it but was told no had to get it repaired. I told them then that I was sold a lemon and that it won't last long and of course 2 years later stopped working. Sent an email to them and was told they would have someone call me but that was weeks ago and nothing Would not recommend this company for anything as they do not back up their prodicts or their customers . Very Disappointed

they were timley, kept their schedule, customer service was fantastic, the quality of the product was really good. i would recommend to other friends and neighbors. i did some of the prep work, but in all it took one month. overall very happy with kemptville pool and spa. everything they said they would do, they did.
