moncton propane service

On February 25, 2014, I terminated propane services from Moncton Propane Service Inc. The same day, Moncton Propane removed the propane tank and took mechanical part (regulator) that did not belong to them. After talking to the owner, he refused to returned the part in retaliation for discontinuing their services. Their secretary confirmed over the phone that the part (regulator) belong to the property. Moncton Propane Service Inc. only had the right to take the tank for which the tank was a yearly rental. Everything from the tank on was previously installed by another company. By taking the regulator, he left us without being able to connect another tank to provide hot water and heat for the house. That left us without hot water and heat for 36 hours.

Excellent service and best prices in town! THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. The were clean and efficient and had my interests in mind when completing the work. They were on time and well prepared. I would definately recommend them to anyone.
