Stone Edge Snow Removal

I decided to give these guys a chance when I moved to Riverside South. On the small snowfalls, they came and cleaned it out fast. We then get hit by a large snowfall, they are nowhere to be found. 14 hours pass and over a foot and a half of snow later and still no Stone Edge. I eventually get home late after work and shovel for an hour to get my car off the road onto my property. What they say on their website and what they do are two different things. Many of the neighbors around us just shoveled their driveways instead of waiting for Stone Edge to show up. My reason for snow removal was because I have a bad knee and will definitely feel this the next day.
