Mr. Manjur did a really good job for me. When he is doing inspection, he explain me every single things he point out and answer all of my questions. I am 100% satisfy with his job, knowledge about Terion Warranty and professional manner. After inspection he gives me a nice report binder along with all pictures. His Thermal Imagine pictures helped me to understand heat losses and to find out missing insulation part behind the drywall. Do not hesitate to hire him.

We hired Manjur to do our pre-purchase home inspection. He was very professional and was thorough with the series of checks he made. First I would like to thank you ever so much for your absolutely perfect service. We had our year end home inspection done just yesterday and already I have referred you to people. You treated our house as if it was your own, and searched for any little thing that could be wrong, which is fantastic when dealing with a Home Builder and warranty. We were very pleased with Manjur's Inspection. He was very professional, and thorough throughout the Inspection.

He explained everything he was checking out, and was always willing to elaborate on things that I didn't understand. As a first-time home buyer, it was comforting to know that everything was being looked at with a fine-toothed comb.

His Thermal-Imaging camera, proved very useful in finding problem areas, where you don't have access to, or otherwise know about through a visual inspection. Having also, a proper moisture meter on hand, proved helpful in areas suspected of water leaks/damage.

I was provided a written Inspection Report on site afterwards, and emailed the pictures taken of any problem areas, later that day.

I highly recommend Reliable Home Inspections to anyone looking for a Home Inspector, and will call Manjur again, for our next home in the future.

Great service. He was very thorough, and took the time to explain his findings. As a first time home buyer I learned a lot about the home just by walking along with him during the inspection. He even gave me an annual maintenance schedule for the house. Feel free to ask him questions while touring the house; he doesn’t mind explaining.

Mr. Manjur inspected two of my homes within a year, one that our current residence and another most recent one as an investment property. One thing I can say he is exceptionally knowledgeable about his jobs, friendly and patient. He explained us each and every point of exterior, interior, roof, foundation, insulation, furnace etc. by using his high tech Infrared Camera which provide us so much information about the house and same day he sent us all pictures for reference purpose. We use his advice to negotiate the price and finally we got our expected price because his useful information.

He did exceptional jobs in our both properties and we appreciated for his kind services. I would not hesitate to call him again next time for his professional and unbiased service and highly recommended him to anyone that requires a sincere and reliable home inspection service.
