Manjur was punctual, professional and pleasant. He took the time to explain the many difficiencies he found in our home. He was very thorough and his report was detailed and concise. In addition, he provided photos to match his findings and sumbitted the final report to Tarion. Manjur came highly recommended from a previous customer. We were beyond satisified with his service.

Manjur was prompt for our appt. He was a very happy, straighforward and very polite, knowledgeble individual. I am an inspector myself however not as trained and equipped with that AMAZING INFRARED $8000 camera that he finds everything wrong with your home. He inspected places where an "inspector" like me never usually checks. I inspected the home the week before and only found 1/2 the deficiencies he pointed out. His knowledge of structure and HVAC, plumbing, insulation, electrical is way above his qualifications. As an inspector, contractor, builder I needed the best inspector for my $2million purchase. Manjur was extremely diligent and provided a very detailed home inspection report. He carefully inspected each room in the house and explained his findings as we went along. He did not cut any corners, examining the attic, walking on the roof and using a thermal camera to take pictures. My realtor was also very impressed and took a copy of his card. I would not hesitate to recommend Manjur. His services were excellent.

My family and I were coming up to our one year review in our newly built home and decided that we should invest in a home inspection to ensure that we didn't miss any important structural issues that might need addressing by our builder. We came across the reviews here and called to book an inspection a few weeks before our "1year" review withe the builder. Thank God we called.

Manjur spent hours thoroughly going through our home and to our surprise he came upstairs from our basement explaining that we had toxic mold growing all over our basement ceiling....in our brand new house! This was distressing enough, but in our case it was compounded by the fact that we have a two year old and a new born preemie just home from CHEO where she spent two weeks with lung issues. Obviously a house full of mold was hardly the right place for them.

Thanks to Manjur we were able to get the builder to address the mold quickly and efficiently and make our home safe for our family. We can't thank him enough!

We highly recommend that you call Manjur for your inspection. He photographed everything, referenced each point on the forms with the photos and didn't miss a thing. It is worth every penny!

As a Service Technician for 10 years, I know a great Technician when I see one. Majur had all the proper tools in order to properly assess the property we were looking to buy. As a first time home buyer, it can sometimes be very intimidating and he made us feel like he was there for us and guided me through all the parts of our new home. He made sure we understood everything and even gave us tips on how to make our new home better. The part I liked the most about his services is the fact he did not want to skip out on the details.

Mr Manjur Mirza is a P. Eng and certified home inspector with great detail knowledge in home/building inspection. This is the 2nd home he inspected for me and I am very satisfied with his exceptional service and work he had done. He uses sophisticated technology and equipment for the inspection and explains every detail. He founded major structural defects and multiple other issues in my year end inspection which could be very costly in the future but they will fixed by the builder within Tarion guideline without any cost for me. First off, Manjur was very polite and courteous. I find that's always a good trait in contractors. He's also very knowledgeable and won't skip over any details. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions, he won't hesitate to answer. His thermal imaging device will also pick up a lot of things you wouldn't think of from just a visual inspection! Very awesome service, can't complain.
