I had Manjur inspect 2 homes. 2 homes because in the first one he found cracks in the foundation that would have been expensive to repair, so I ended up going for another house instead. He showed up on time for each inspection and thoroughly checks the various parts of the house. He has the infrared camera which quickly reveals water where water shouldn't be among other things.

Manjur did a very thorough inspection of my new Larco home. His job was done very meticulously, verifying every minute detail of the structure and fixtures. He took clear pictures, and provided them to me in colour so I could see where and what the problem was. It was due to his detailed analysis that I ensured the builder corrected even the smallest errors. I would sincerely recommend him for home inspections as he is very approachable and cooperative especially regarding timings and meeting tight deadlines. Manjur proved to be an excellent professional who was very thorough and meticulous in inspecting the home and identifying the problems using latest thermal imaging and other gadgets and crawling into nook and corner of the house to inspect. He not only provided a report but emailed pictures that he refered to in the report in support of identified issues. My builder had to rectify every issue he had identified. He advised me on long term care and how to prevent some problems from recurring.
